Jenny asks???

What are marketing factors to sell a product internationally like cars????

Larry McCann answers:

You need to know if there would be a demand for the product; if people can afford your product; a name that doesn't turn off potential buyers (such as selling a Nova in Mexico. No va means no go in Spanish and that is not a good thing if you are selling a car). You probably want to know the culture of the people there and how they base their decisions. What types of advertising or advertising methods would work for the targeted audience. If you are selling cars, having a woman in a 2 piece may offend people in different countries.
