Great Questions Regarding Free Marketing Traffic

John asks???

Why does it seem the left in our country are the ones really backward on climate-science ?

This has been the coldest winter in the last few years. Snow and frigid temps has been in all 50 American states. So how is this global warming ?? Could it this actually be global cooling ?
The left are retarded. I remember they even though the 2004 Tsunami was related to global warming when earth shaking has nothing to do with weather at all. Anyone that thinks otherwise should get a lobotomy if they think earthquakes are related to climate.
Global Warming is the biggest myth. Even the Europeans at Copenhagen think it is bull shit. That's why they did not jump aboard on Obama's plan.

But before anyone thinks I am some right wing nut, I agree that there should be less use of foreign oil and more need to create Japanese and Western European style high speed rail systems along regional corridors like so:
http://bit.ly/buLJHf
and more urban public transit. Even if imenent domain has to be used it must be done.

That way people that want to drive will deal with less drivers since there will be less road traffic by 50 percent. It also will create free market competition between a new high speed rail industry and the airline industry. In addition we should explore alternative fuel sources or even dig for oil the Gulf of Mexico. Doing so, it best of all, can create 10 million new jobs, and no need to kiss the saudi camel lovers.

But saying global warming is real, is just retarded.

Mandy asks???

What are your thoughts about Narco-traffic in the Caribbean and Narco-violence in the Northern borders Mexico?

Narcotraffic in the Caribbean and violence in the Mexican northern borders: Cocaine wars.
Narco-communism vs Narco-neoliberalism

It's really funny and cynical. - Drug smuggling and trafficking take place mainly in the Caribbean area between Cuba and Florida!, Puerto Rico and New York, Cayman islands or Jamaica and UK, etc,

But Violence,. . . is wide spread in the northern border of Mexico!
( Terrorism ) ! It seems like the drug war is against MEXICO!
and/or between the Antillean-Floridian cartel vs the Mexican/American mafias and cartels. ...However all drugs have the USA as ultimate destination. Supply & Demand. Most druggies live in America and they earn in dollars to afford illegal drugs in the black and white markets. The US media decided not to face, talk and discuss issues like this one WHY?
Practice free speech or bite your tongue!
The coverage of violence is part of the terrorist campaign of defamation.
Violence should be in Florida and Cuba.
not in Mexico.
When a country is terrorized to distract public opinion from criminal activities in other regions of the world, it's called propaganda.

The US spend billions and trillions in coverages, I mean propaganda.

Larry McCann answers:

In Mexico we dont have Terrorism.
Terrorism is when violent acts are comitted with not an apparent purpose just to defend an idea.

Here, acts of terror, are always coming with the drug transportation. Its pure drug acts.
USA give Mexico a huge reason to transport all these drugs: Junkies.
All the drugs end up at USA, not in Mexico. I live here, know many many many people and drugs arent our problem: alcohol, violence and corruption are!
There is something our polititians are analyzing deeply that is legalizing drugs in Mexico, so all the drug dealers would have to pay taxes to pay fro those drugs, but USA do NOT want that and there is a documents where USA actually BEGS us not to do it... Funny isnt it.

Anyways, lots of violence in the border because the mexican army must stop all the drug transportation.

Where to find a standard banner ad agreement template (I am the publisher)?

I work for a site with alot of traffic and am getting into ad sales (banner and text). No one here has done it before so we dont have a standard agreement or insertion order. Does anyone know where I can find a free template for such a contract so I can get sarted and then send it over to legal? In the past I have done media buys but never really read the contract so I dont really remember what should be in there. I/O's are pretty easy, but as far as ad contracts with new advertisers I'm not sure where to start. Any online marketing guys out there know where to look for a free template?

Larry McCann answers:

Instead of reinventing the wheel, you may want to just sign up with someone like LinkShare, who place advertisers' banners on publishers' websites. It's called "Affiliate Marketing", and you become an "affiliate" to the advertisers. Some webmasters are able to make thousands in this market, by selecting the proper products that pertain to their website.

The advertisers pay the publishers a commission on actual sales that are generated once a customer has clicked through your site.

Here's the link:

It costs nothing to join, and you have the option whether to place any ads or not. It has advertisers such as Walmart, among many others.

If you need more info on others, take a look here:

Good luck, I hope this helps.

Donald asks???

Why has the U.S. continued a "demand-side" war on drugs in light of poor results?

The U.S. has been conducting a "demand-side" war on drugs for decades.
Some results:
1) Narcotics traffic into the U.S. has increased during this time.
2) Federal and state tax commitments for the policing and incarceration of non-violent drug offenders have skyrocketed.
3) In some recent instances, e.g. fentanyl-laced heroin, kids choosing to experiment are DYING because they are at the mercy of criminal vendors, i.e. no quality-control of sold chemicals.

If the costs and results of this program were audited within any for-profit corporation, the board of directors would have fired the management years ago. In the least, investors would have screamed to halt the program or cut off its funding in light of the lack of success.

What would be the likely costs and effects of removing the profit-motive for the traffickers by legalizing, taxing, and providing oversight for some of the less harmful street-drugs (turn them into standard commodities subject to free-market economics)?

Larry McCann answers:

The 'war on drugs' isn't a rational fight against a social ill. It's something that plays well on TV, especially to people who don't know much about it, but are afraid.

Talking tough makes politicians look good and the scared and uneducated feel safe. Whether the policy works or not has little to do with it.

Witness current policy on, well, just about everything.

Mark asks???

Rideshare - Carpool site RideBay.com, would you do it? Carpool for money?

Rideshare and Carpool are very important to the future of our State. Sites like

http://bit.ly/qz27gD

are free market systems for Rideshare and Carpool where the driver can get paid.

Would you be a driver if you could collect $0.60/mile?

Would you be a passenger at $0.25/mile?

What if it cured traffic congestion?

What if it cleaned the air (that brown stuff)?

What if we had more money in the end to go out on Friday Nights?

What if it cut the Global Warming graph in half?

Larry McCann answers:

Yes! Yes!! Yes!!! Rideshare is absolutely necessary. My commute stinks and so does the air I breath, rideshare is a great way to lessen pollutants and ease CONGESTION.
I would gladly pay 25cents per mile, I estimate my auto expenses at about three times the rideshare fees. As for being a driver, well wouldn't it be great to offset expenses while doing a good thing for our planet.
